- 1 watermelon
- 2 -3 onions
- parsley (chopped) or mint (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 scoop out a whole watermelon using a small curler (so that the flesh is in balls).
- 2 dice two or three onions and fresh mint- to taste (or parsley in a pinch).
- 3 mix through and enjoy.
