Saurkraut Pasta

Ingredients

• Servings: 1
• 3 cups angel hair pasta (box)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 cup sauerkraut (i prefer purple sweet but reg. works perfect 2)
• 2 cups of shredded cheese

Recipe

• 1 boil noodles with oil. drain. put back onto pot and mix with heated kraut and cheese. let sit for 5 min on low. serve and enjoy!
• 2 option; add sour cream for creamy-ness!
