Creamy Cheddar Spread

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 8 ounces cheddar cheese spread (cheddar cheese flavor cold pack cheese food)
• assorted cracker

Recipe

• 1 combine ingredients, mixing until well blended.
• 2 serve with assorted crackers.
• 3 variations: add one of the following mix-ins to cheese mixture.
• 4 6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled, 1 tbl finely chopped onion and1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce.
• 5 2 tbl finely chopped pimiento, 2 tbl finely chopped green pepper, 2 tbl finely chopped onion, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and dash of ground red pepper.
• 6 4oz can chopped green chili peppers, drained and 1 tbl finely chopped onion.
