Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lamb roast
- 1 lb dry pinto beans
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 3 cups water
Recipe
- 1 slow cook lamb roast, pinto beans, chili powder, cilantro, oregano, garlic, salt, cumin and water for five to six hours; add more water if needed.
- 2 shred lamb and return to pot.
- 3 serve over tortillas if desired.
