Parmesan-scallion Dip

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cottage cheese (, with chives)
  • 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 scallions, including greens,chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a small bowl or blender; mix well.
  • 2 taste and add more cayenne if desired.
  • 3 cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
