Ingredients

- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- 1 ounce sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (says 1 - 1oz pkg)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash clove
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute, granular
- 2 1/2 cups whipped cream or 2 1/2 cups cool whip
Recipe
- 1 beat pumpkin and pudding mix, milk, spices and splenda.
- 2 fold in whipped cream.
- 3 chill well.
