Ingredients

- 1 lb crabmeat, picked over
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 -4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 mix onion, garlic and olive oil and let stand to blend.
- 2 meanwhile, remove any cartilage from the crabmeat.
- 3 mix the crabmeat together with the onion, garlic and olive oil blend and serve with crackers.
