- 2 lbs red potatoes, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 combine oil, cheese, and seasonings.
- 3 place potatoes in a roasting pan and pour oil mixture over potatoes, stirring to coat.
- 4 bake for one hour, or until potatoes are tender. stir occasionally.
