Reduced Calorie Impossible Cheesecake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, softened
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 grease 9 inch pie plate.
  • 3 place milk, 2 tsp vanilla, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and bisquick in blender container.
  • 4 cover and blend on high 15 seconds.
  • 5 add cream cheese.
  • 6 cover and blend on high 2 minutes.
  • 7 pour into pie plate.
  • 8 bake 40-45 minutes, or until center is firm.
  • 9 combine sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla, and 2 tbs sugar.
  • 10 spread over cheesecake that has cooled.
