Ingredients

- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1/2 cup bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
- 2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, softened
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°f.
- 2 grease 9 inch pie plate.
- 3 place milk, 2 tsp vanilla, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and bisquick in blender container.
- 4 cover and blend on high 15 seconds.
- 5 add cream cheese.
- 6 cover and blend on high 2 minutes.
- 7 pour into pie plate.
- 8 bake 40-45 minutes, or until center is firm.
- 9 combine sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla, and 2 tbs sugar.
- 10 spread over cheesecake that has cooled.
