Shroom!... Easy Mushroom Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh mushrooms
- 250 g ground lamb
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 6 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 6 scallions
- 1 -2 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 mince mushrooms and scallions. sauté mushrooms in pan until they are cooked and the juice has run out of them.
- 2 combine drained mushrooms with all other ingredients, mix well, and add bread crumbs until you reach desired "meatballing" consistancy.
- 3 fry meatballs on nonstick pan until golden brown. serve any way you like.
