Shroom!... Easy Mushroom Meatballs

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh mushrooms
  • 250 g ground lamb
  • 250 g ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 6 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 6 scallions
  • 1 -2 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 mince mushrooms and scallions. sauté mushrooms in pan until they are cooked and the juice has run out of them.
  • 2 combine drained mushrooms with all other ingredients, mix well, and add bread crumbs until you reach desired "meatballing" consistancy.
  • 3 fry meatballs on nonstick pan until golden brown. serve any way you like.
