Crock Pot Chicken With Sun-dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (not oil packed)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 ounces sliced black olives, drained
Recipe
- 1 slice tomatoes into julienne strips.
- 2 combine with remaining ingredients in a 3-4 quart crock pot.
- 3 cook on low for 8-9 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in center.
- 4 serve with hot cooked polenta or rice.
