- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet,cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. transfer to a 5-quart crockpot.
- 2 stir in the tomato juice, mixed vegetables, potatoes and soup mix.
- 3 cover and cook on lo for 8-10 hours or until heated through.
