Easy Diabetic Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon splenda granular
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  • 2 pour over meat, fish, tofu or vegetables and let sit at least 8 hours.
