Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans, processed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 beat butter, sugar, vanilla together until light and fluffy.
- 2 add flour, mix to a stiff paste.
- 3 add processed pecans.
- 4 roll into 30 small balls.
- 5 bake at 180 degrees c (350 f) for 10 minutes.
- 6 dust cooled balls with icing sugar.
