Powerful Pancakes For Bodybuilding

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 packets artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 cup fruit (ie banana, blueberries) (optional)
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender (except cooking spray).
  • 2 blend until well mixed.
  • 3 pour half of batter in a pan coated with cooking spray turn when brown.
