Really Raw Honey Bars

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups natural nut butter (almond, valencia peanut, cashew, macadamia, tahini)
  • 1 1/2 cups raw honey
  • 2/3 cup cocoa or 2/3 cup carob powder
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • coconut flakes (optional) or nuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients.
  • 2 press into 9x13 pan or roll into balls.
  • 3 refrigerate or freeze.
