Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup roasted red pepper, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 add chick peas to processor and puree.
  • 2 add roasted pepper and remaining ingredients.
  • 3 puree until smooth.
  • 4 refrigerate.
  • 5 serve with cracker,small pitas, vegetables.
