Ingredients
- 15 ounces chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup roasted red pepper, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 add chick peas to processor and puree.
- 2 add roasted pepper and remaining ingredients.
- 3 puree until smooth.
- 4 refrigerate.
- 5 serve with cracker,small pitas, vegetables.
