Roode Kool - Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 head red cabbage
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 shred cabbage finely and cook in boiling salted water with the onion until almost tender.
  • 2 drain.
