Ingredients

- 3 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 ounce chicken gravy mix
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all above ingredients in the crock-pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- 2 serve over noodles, rice or couscous.
