Healthy "cookies"

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup dates, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup quick oats

Recipe

  • 1 mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, and milk.
  • 2 add apples, nuts, and dates.
  • 3 form into small balls.
  • 4 roll in oats.
