Homemade Yogurt

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 cups skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt (containing active live cultures)

Recipe

  • 1 bring milk to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  • 2 let cool until you can stick your finger in it and feel it warm but not burning.
  • 3 mix in yogurt.
  • 4 let sit in warm undisturbed place for 8-10 hours (overnight) until gelled.
