Ingredients
- 5 cups skim milk
- 1 tablespoon yogurt (containing active live cultures)
Recipe
- 1 bring milk to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
- 2 let cool until you can stick your finger in it and feel it warm but not burning.
- 3 mix in yogurt.
- 4 let sit in warm undisturbed place for 8-10 hours (overnight) until gelled.
