Quick Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 set oven to 350ºf.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • 3 pour into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
  • 4 bake uncovered for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
