Baked Cajun Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2-2 lbs chicken, meaty (breasts, thighs, drumstick)
- nonstick spray coating
- 2 tablespoons nonfat milk
- 2 tablespoons onion powder (i prefer real onion)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 remove skin from chicken.
- 2 rinse chicken, pat dry.
- 3 spray a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish with nonstick coating.
- 4 arrange the chicken, meaty sides up, in dish.
- 5 brush with milk.
- 6 in small bowl mix onion powder, thyme, garlic salt, pepper, red pepper, and black pepper.
- 7 sprinkle over chicken.
- 8 bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes or till the chicken is tender and no longer pink.
