Chocolate Avocado Dream Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 large soft avocados
- 2 cups semisweet vegan chocolate chips
- 1/8 cup soymilk, possibly more needed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- liquid sweetener, add as much as you want depending on taste
- pre-made vegan pie crust
- organic raspberries
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Recipe
- 1 take a pre made vegan crust and lay washe'd and dried raspberries along bottom of crust.
- 2 in a double boiler melt chocolate chips with soymilk and vanilla.
- 3 add sweetener to taste.
- 4 mix well, and take off from heat after fully melted so that it does not burn.
- 5 in a separate bowl mash up the avocado, or pulse in a food processor.
- 6 add in orange juice,
- 7 get all lumps out.
- 8 after chocolate cools a bit mix it in with mashed avocado.
- 9 this mixture should be thick and creamy.
- 10 test the sweetness level.
- 11 pour over raspberries and place in fridge to set.
- 12 enjoy!
- 13 top with a vegan whipped cream topping, if desired.
