Ingredients

- 2 lbs dried cod (stockfish)
- boiling water
- butter, melted
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 soak fish in cold water for 12 hours.
- 2 skin, bone and cut into slices.
- 3 cover with boiling water and simmer until tender.
- 4 serve with melted butter and pepper.
