Gestoofde Stokvisch - Stockfish

Total Time: 12 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 12 hrs Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs dried cod (stockfish)
  • boiling water
  • butter, melted
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 soak fish in cold water for 12 hours.
  • 2 skin, bone and cut into slices.
  • 3 cover with boiling water and simmer until tender.
  • 4 serve with melted butter and pepper.
