Ham With Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 slice ham, center cut, 1-inch thick
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or 1 tablespoon arrowroot
  • 1/3 cup no-sugar-added apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dry red wine
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup blueberries

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 trim the fat from the edge of the ham slice, if necessary.
  • 3 place the ham slice on a rack in a shallow baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 4 in a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch or arrowroot powder and water.
