Ham With Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 slice ham, center cut, 1-inch thick
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or 1 tablespoon arrowroot
- 1/3 cup no-sugar-added apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup blueberries
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 trim the fat from the edge of the ham slice, if necessary.
- 3 place the ham slice on a rack in a shallow baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- 4 in a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch or arrowroot powder and water.
