Kielbasa Gouhlash

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 lb kielbasa
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 give the onion a medium dice.
  • 2 large dice the two peppers.
  • 3 on medium heat lightly saute onion and peppers in the olive oil till start to soften about 10 minute.
  • 4 cut squash in half remove seeds cut into chunks,and peel.
  • 5 add chunked squash,tomatoes, water,onions, peppers and ground pepper.
  • 6 cover and cook for 5 min to 8 minute.
  • 7 slice kielbasa 1/2 inch thick.
  • 8 check squash if you can start to break up the chucks with the back of your spoon uncover and add kielbasa.
  • 9 continue to cook till kielbasa is hot and most of the liquid is cooked off.
  • 10 enjoy.
