Non-fat Miso Sauce

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 tablespoons miso
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar or 1 1/2 teaspoons artificial artificial sweetener

Recipe

  • 1 soften the miso about 30 minutes before using.
  • 2 combine all ingredients until smooth.
  • 3 multiply or double the recipe as needed, always keeping the ration of 1 to 1 to 1/2 of miso, vinegar, and sweetness.
