Pineapple Angel Food Cake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) box angel food cake mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container light whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Recipe

  • 1 lightly spray a 13x9-inch pan and use a paper towel to wipe.
  • 2 mix cake mix and pineapple in a glass or metal bowl on low speed until moistened.
  • 3 bake cake at 350° until center of cake springs back.
  • 4 cool.
  • 5 cover top of cake with whipped topping and sprinkle on coconut.
  • 6 refrigerate leftovers.
