- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 g splenda sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, heat water until boiling. stir in remaining ingredients.
- 2 bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer until liquid is abosrbed, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
