Power Oatmeal Flax Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 g splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan, heat water until boiling. stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 2 bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer until liquid is abosrbed, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
