Ingredients
- 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 2/3-1 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 serve on a burger or use as a dip
- 3 with your choice of veggies or
- 4 chips.
