Really Good, Almost Fat-free Burger Topping

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 2/3-1 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 serve on a burger or use as a dip
  • 3 with your choice of veggies or
  • 4 chips.
