Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 small head red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • squeeze lemon (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place shredded cabbage in a large, non-reactive bowl. add capers, salt, and pepper. in a small bowl, blend horseradish and mayonnaise with a fork. add to cabbage. mix well. sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.
