- 1 small head red cabbage, shredded
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- squeeze lemon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place shredded cabbage in a large, non-reactive bowl. add capers, salt, and pepper. in a small bowl, blend horseradish and mayonnaise with a fork. add to cabbage. mix well. sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.
