Corn Syrup For The Diabetic ( Splenda Simple Syrup )

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups splenda granular
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a heavy pot, boil ingredients, covered, for 3 minutes.
  • 2 uncover and simmer to the soft-ball stage. cool and store, covered (mason canning jars with lids and rings work well.)at room temperature.
