Got The Greens Veggie Salad

Ingredients

- 1 medium zucchini, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 kohlrabi, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime, juice of
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel and chop all ingredients and mix together in large bowl.
- 2 add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3 toss to coat.
- 4 can be eaten immediately or chilled in the refrigerator to eat later.
