Got The Greens Veggie Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 medium zucchini, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 kohlrabi, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 peel and chop all ingredients and mix together in large bowl.
  • 2 add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • 3 toss to coat.
  • 4 can be eaten immediately or chilled in the refrigerator to eat later.
