Potato Rolls

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 potatoes, 3-4
  • 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tbsp
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, 1 tbsp
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 tsp
  • 4 -5 slices bread, slices 4-5 (for one way)
  • 100 g flour, 100 g
  • 100 g cornflour, 100g
  • 1 cup water, 1 cup (all last three ingredients are for second way)

Recipe

  • 1 first way:.
  • 2 peel and boil the potatoes.
  • 3 then mash them with a potato masher.
  • 4 add salt and pepper to it.
  • 5 mix and add soya sauce.
  • 6 put mixture on bread slices.
  • 7 roll and deep fry.
  • 8 second way:.
  • 9 follow all first four instructions .
  • 10 in a bowl,combine flour,cornflour and water.
  • 11 knead the dough and make flat patties.
  • 12 put mixture on it .
  • 13 roll and deep fry.
