Potato Rolls

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 -4 potatoes, 3-4
- 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tbsp
- 1 tablespoon pepper, 1 tbsp
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 tsp
- 4 -5 slices bread, slices 4-5 (for one way)
- 100 g flour, 100 g
- 100 g cornflour, 100g
- 1 cup water, 1 cup (all last three ingredients are for second way)
Recipe
- 1 first way:.
- 2 peel and boil the potatoes.
- 3 then mash them with a potato masher.
- 4 add salt and pepper to it.
- 5 mix and add soya sauce.
- 6 put mixture on bread slices.
- 7 roll and deep fry.
- 8 second way:.
- 9 follow all first four instructions .
- 10 in a bowl,combine flour,cornflour and water.
- 11 knead the dough and make flat patties.
- 12 put mixture on it .
- 13 roll and deep fry.
