Summer Chicken Sandwich

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce, shedded
  • 1/4 cup scallion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 spread the mayonaise on one slice of bread, and a reasonable serving of avocado on the other.
  • 2 add the chicken, lettuce and scallions and enjoy.
