Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce, shedded
- 1/4 cup scallion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 spread the mayonaise on one slice of bread, and a reasonable serving of avocado on the other.
- 2 add the chicken, lettuce and scallions and enjoy.
