Honey Mustard With A Twist (great For Diabetics)

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup artificial sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/8 cup pineapple juice or 1/8 cup orange juice or 1/8 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
Recipe
- 1 dissolve sweetener in the juice to insure no clumps.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 i place it in a jar, tighten the lid and shake well. chill.
- 4 this is a great dressing to cover salads. i use it two or three times a day on my salads.
- 5 the cooking time indicated is actually the chilling time.
