Honey Mustard With A Twist (great For Diabetics)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/8 cup pineapple juice or 1/8 cup orange juice or 1/8 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve sweetener in the juice to insure no clumps.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together.
  • 3 i place it in a jar, tighten the lid and shake well. chill.
  • 4 this is a great dressing to cover salads. i use it two or three times a day on my salads.
  • 5 the cooking time indicated is actually the chilling time.
