- 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free jello
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Recipe
- 1 mix the gelatin with the boiling water until dissolved.
- 2 put the cottage cheese in a blender and add the dissolved gelatin to it.
- 3 blend until creamy looking.
- 4 put in container and chill until it firms up!
