Peanut Butter Protein Cookie

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups . peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
  • 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 cup vanilla soy protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together, then roll into balls and press with fork.
  • 2 bake at 350 for 10 minute.
