Smoothie Princess' Morning Creation

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 peel and seed the orange. place it in your blender.
  • 2 add the blueberries and milk.
  • 3 blend until smooth. this one will take a little longer then normal smoothies because of the need to break down the orange pulp.
