Ingredients

 - 1 orange
 - 1 cup frozen blueberries
 - 1/2 cup skim milk
 
Recipe
- 1 peel and seed the orange. place it in your blender.
 - 2 add the blueberries and milk.
 - 3 blend until smooth. this one will take a little longer then normal smoothies because of the need to break down the orange pulp.
