Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 8 ounces lump crabmeat, picked over and chopped (may use surimi)
- 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 -4 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
- 2 serve with celery sticks, or on rolls or crackers.
