Creamy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice milk or 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt (or your favorite flavor)
  • 1 cup canned fruit, in heavy syrup, with juice

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients in blender and chill well before serving.
