Graham Cracker Pancakes (diabetic And Weight Watchers, Ww)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup low fat graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon splenda granular
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon applesauce
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 mix wet ingredients.
  • 2 mix dry ingredients.
  • 3 add wet to dry and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • 4 cook pancakes in a skillet!
