Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup low fat graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon splenda granular
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon applesauce
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 mix wet ingredients.
- 2 mix dry ingredients.
- 3 add wet to dry and let sit for 10 minutes.
- 4 cook pancakes in a skillet!
