Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins (or chopped walnuts) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients. add almond flour last. bake for 45-50 min at 310 degrees f (180 c) for bread. bake for 20-25 min for muffins.
