Ingredients

- 1/3 cup natural bran (chokker)
- 1/3 cup black gram flour (kale channe ka atta)
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
Recipe
- 1 combine the 3 flours and knead with just enough water into dough.
- 2 place each roti on hot tawa and cook both sides till done.
