Missi Roti Oil Free

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/3 cup natural bran (chokker)
  • 1/3 cup black gram flour (kale channe ka atta)
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe

  • 1 combine the 3 flours and knead with just enough water into dough.
  • 2 place each roti on hot tawa and cook both sides till done.
