- 2 cups diced celery
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 combine mushrooms and celery in a salad bowl.
- 2 mix oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper, onion salt, and garlic powder. mix well.
- 3 pour over mushrooms and celery.
- 4 serve.
