Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets
- 1 chipotle chile
- 3 -4 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 lime
Recipe
- 1 chop chili and cilantro and mix with juice of 1/2 a lime. a small food processor works great for this.
- 2 marinade fish in mixture for several hours or over night in a zip-top bag in the fridge.
- 3 grill fish on high for 3 or 4 minutes per side.
- 4 serve with lime wedges from the other half of the lime.
