Summer Dressing

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fine chopped radishes
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fine chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 remove the seeds from the cucumbers.
  • 2 combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • 3 refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
