Ingredients

- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fine chopped radishes
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon fine chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 remove the seeds from the cucumbers.
- 2 combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 3 refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
