Company Apple Blueberry Cobbler With Cream Sauce (diabetic)

Ingredients

  • 1 quart frozen blueberries
  • 2 large apples, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 drops stevia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons tapioca, granules
  • 2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 -2 tablespoon soymilk or 1 -2 tablespoon nonfat milk
  • 2 -3 drops stevia (or more to taste)
