Honey Oatmeal

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups oats (large flake)
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 3 tablespoons sugar substitute (splenda)
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot, bring milk, water, cinnamon and salt to boil.
- 2 stir in oats and wheat germ and return to boil.
- 3 reduce heat to low and cook, stirring, for about 8 minutes or until thickened.
- 4 stir in almonds and splenda.
